National Prize at the Welsh Hospitals Dental Specialist Conference

I joined the practice 5 years ago after completing 2 years of additional hospital training in restorative dentistry, community dentistry and maxillo-facial surgery.

During this time, I was awarded a national prize at the Welsh Hospitals Dental Specialist Conference for my project looking into patient safety.

I am passionate about education and continual learning. I have been a clinical lecturer to undergraduate students, as well as a trainer to a newly qualified dentist.

Outside of work, I like to travel and eat out.

The practice is brilliant. My daughter is really happy coming here even though she’s scared of dentists. Her dentist has been the same all the years she’s been registered, is kind, friendly and explains everything directly to Ellie. The reception staff are the same too. Things like this are a huge plus to me when my own dental practice has different staff literally every time I go. It shows they are good employers and their staff are happy. Highly recommend. Only wish they did adult NHS as I’d love to be registered here myself.

I was able to get an emergency appointment within a day and was seen promptly by my dentist who was extremely reassuring and helpful. Excellent treatment always given, my particular practitioner is Mrs Brown. I am very anxious about dentists but she has been so gentle, kind and always explains things thoroughly and I am given the option for treatment to be stopped if I get too anxious. Have been with this practice for over 12 years, it is really exceptional.
